Short answer. Flotick helps agencies and freelancers manage leads, deliver client projects and share updates in one workspace.
1. Where does the enquiry go?
Example: a studio receives a website enquiry. Add the lead and source to the pipeline, record the conversation and set the next follow-up. Move it through the stages as the team learns whether the work is a fit.
2. What happens when the work is agreed?
Convert the lead into a client and optionally create its linked project. The conversion carries supported contact fields into the client record. Prepare a quotation, contract or welcome document; an agreed document does not automatically create every delivery task.
3. How does the team deliver?
Break the build into tasks and record the next owners and dates. Use a sprint where a time-boxed plan helps. Supported developer, reviewer and tester roles make the delivery responsibilities explicit; they do not mean every task is forced through a mandatory QA gate.
Review recorded progress and unfinished work before planning the next cycle. Maintain task records so other teammates have a useful reference instead of reconstructing status from messages.
4. What can the client see?
Grant separate client credentials and share the documents and files the engagement needs. The portal exposes client-linked project names and status, rather than the internal task board. Continue the client conversation through the supported messaging flow.
Keep the invoice and payment record alongside the client work. The client pays through your external payment process; Flotick does not collect card or UPI payments. Prepare a handoff document with the agreed next steps.
How can you try this with your team?
Start with one client and one active project on Free. Test the team and client views, check the documents you share and compare the result with your current process. Configured Free limits are five members, five active projects and five portal clients. Connected services and additional capabilities depend on configuration and plan.
