Short answer. The Flotick client portal is a magic-link site for one organization. The client sees the welcome document, shared documents, project names and progress, credentials marked visible, and project-linked invoices.
How access works
A member invites an email from the client record. The portal sends a 15-minute single-use link. After verification, the client gets a session cookie for 7 days. A member login is not accepted on portal routes.
The invoice list in the portal does not show bank details. The downloaded PDF does. Credentials marked hidden never appear. Revealing a visible credential is logged.
What the client can see
Projects show name, status, and progress only, not your internal task board. Documents follow the same accept, sign, decline, or confirm rules as a public share link. Welcome documents are chosen by the organization and are not shared as a public token.
Custom domain
The portal can live on the organization's own hostname on Pro and Max. The team's work application stays on the Flotick domain. Portal access itself is not a separate paid module.
