Short answer. Flotick CRM is client management inside a work management platform. A client has contact details, an optional GSTIN, an invoice currency, projects, meetings, documents, and portal access.
What a client record contains
Creating a client asks for a name, email, and mobile number. GSTIN is optional and, when present, must be a 15-character Indian GSTIN. Invoice currency defaults to the workspace currency: INR, or USD when the organization country is the United States. It can also be set to EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, AED, or SGD.
The client page lists projects, meetings, portal access, and quotes. Deleting a client does not delete its projects. A project can be linked, moved to another client, or unlinked later.
Who it is for
Use it when the same people who sell the work also deliver it. Digital agencies, IT services firms, consultancies, freelancers, and startups fit that pattern. A team that only needs an internal task list can still use projects without linking a client.
How it fits the rest of Flotick
Leads convert into clients. Documents cover quotations, contracts, handoffs, and a welcome page. The portal is how that client sees what you chose to share. Sprints and tasks stay on the project, whether or not a client is attached.
- Search clients by name, email, phone, or GSTIN
- Export the client list as CSV or JSON
- Invite, pause, resume, or revoke portal access from the client
