Short answer. Flotick lead management is an organization sales pipeline. Members track leads on a kanban board, log activity, import contacts, and convert a won lead into a client.
How the pipeline works
Open Leads, create a lead, and move it between stages. You can star a lead and log a note, call, email, or meeting. A stage cannot be deleted until its leads move somewhere else.
Converting a lead creates the client, marks the lead won, and can create a project linked to that client. Members see leads they created or are assigned. Admins and Managers see the organization.
Where leads come from
You can add leads by hand, import a mapped CSV of up to 2,000 rows, or publish a collect form. A signed webhook from Meta, Google Ads, IndiaMART, or a website can also create a lead. Those connectors stay paused until their server credentials exist, so an unconfigured source does not pretend to be live.
What this is not
The pipeline is for tracking and converting enquiries. It does not send marketing email sequences, buy ads, or score leads with a hidden model. Activity is what your team logged.
| Source | Status | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Manual create | Available | A card on the pipeline |
| CSV import | Available | Up to 2,000 mapped rows |
| Public collect form | Available | A lead from a shared form |
| Meta, Google Ads, IndiaMART, website webhook | When credentials are set | A lead attributed to that source |
