Short answer. Flotick connects CRM and work management for agencies and freelancers. Clienter describes lead pipelines, client-linked projects, task boards, a branded portal, messaging, documents, invoices and payment records. Its pricing page explicitly says client payments go directly to the business rather than through Clienter. Paid plans add limits, automation and branding options.

What does Flotick connect?
A lead pipeline, client records, linked projects and tasks, documents, client portal access, messages, invoices, and recorded payments share an organization workspace. A won lead can become a client and optionally a linked project.
Clients sign in separately to see shared resources. Invoices and payment records do not collect card or UPI payments or file tax returns. Keep the specialist products the engagement still requires.
How should you run the comparison?
Compare one engagement in both products: lead conversion, task ownership, sprint planning, review/testing responsibilities, client-visible status and documents. Clienter’s published project guide describes boards, assignments and budgets; native sprint carryover and named review/testing roles need direct verification rather than an assumption that they are absent.
Use the same sample engagement in both candidates. Record the source of scope, assign the first task, find a shared document, test a permitted client view, and check the invoice process. A feature name is not enough; retain the result of each test.
Which costs and limits matter?
Check the actual billing period, included members, client access, storage, integrations, optional products, and taxes. Flotick prices plans per organization within published member limits. We do not publish a competitor price estimate or claim Flotick is always cheaper.
Include migration, setup, and retained tools in your decision. Lead-record import in Flotick does not promise complete transfer of another product's files, tasks, messages, or permissions.
