Short answer. Asana is a work management product for tasks and projects. Flotick is a CRM and work management product: leads, clients, portal, and the same class of project and task tracking.
What both products do
Both can hold projects, assignees, due dates, and a board. Flotick adds sprints with a fixed status flow, subtasks, and comments on the work. This page does not rank which task board is more configurable. Asana's workflow customization is broader than Flotick's fixed statuses.
What you still need beside Asana
A client list, a lead source, a proposal, and a place for the client to see status are separate problems in a task tool. Flotick keeps those on the organization that also runs the project. Attendance and leave are also in Flotick on the plans that include them; they are not a reason to pick Flotick if you only need tasks.
