Referral Program Terms
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Eligibility
The Refer & Earn program is available to organization owners of an active Flotick workspace. You may refer other organizations. You may not refer a workspace you own or control. Flotick may refuse, freeze, or remove a participant.
2. What is earned
A referrer earns a commission on successful subscription payments collected from a referred organization for 12 months from that organization's first successful payment. The commission is calculated on the amount collected excluding GST and amounts that are later refunded. The starting rate and tier thresholds are published in the program settings and can change for future payments. Tier changes are not applied backwards.
The referred organization receives one benefit, either a discount on the first payment or extra trial days. That benefit does not stack with another coupon or discount.
There is no cash reward for creating an account or a workspace. Cash is earned only on successful paid payments that clear the hold.
3. Hold period and clawbacks
Each commission stays pending for the configured hold period, 30 days unless the program settings say otherwise. After the hold, and if the payment has not been refunded or charged back and the referral is not under review, it becomes available. A refund or chargeback reverses the related commission. If the commission was already paid, the reversal can make the balance negative and is recovered from future earnings.
4. Payouts
Payouts are manual. Flotick pays approved cash requests by UPI or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal and payout dates are set in the program settings. You may instead convert available commission to Flotick credit at the published multiplier. PAN is required before the first cash payout. Changing payout details requires a fresh verification code, pauses withdrawals for the configured cooldown, and sends an email alert.
5. Tax
Commissions may attract tax deducted at source. Rates, thresholds, and GST invoicing are configurable and are subject to review by a chartered accountant before they are relied on. Flotick may deduct the configured TDS and report it. This page is not tax advice.
6. Prohibited promotion
You may not spam, mislead, impersonate Flotick, or bid on Flotick brand keywords. A violation can void unpaid earnings and end participation.
7. Fraud
Flotick may void earnings that it reasonably believes come from self-referral, fake accounts, disposable identities, payment abuse, or any other manipulation. Flagged referrals are not paid until they are cleared. Flotick may freeze a referrer and hold commissions while it reviews them.
8. Changes and ending the program
Flotick may modify rates, holds, benefits, minimums, or these terms, or end the program. Changes apply as described in the published settings. Accrued available balances are paid subject to these terms, fraud review, and clawbacks.
