Export and delete workspace data

Learn about organization export, deletion approval, and recovery windows.

Request an export

Authorized administrators can request an organization export. Download links expire after five minutes, and completed export artifacts expire after 72 hours.

Request deletion

Organization deletion requires approval and then enters a 30-day grace period before completion. Availability of restoration depends on the deletion state.

Retention scope

These export and deletion windows do not define retention for every category of data or every connected service. See the privacy policy and contact support for a data request.
