Keep workspace and client access under the right people.

Member roles

Organization roles include Admin, Manager, and Member. Individual permission overrides are available on eligible plans; custom-role rollout may vary.

Client access

Client portal credentials are separate from member workspace access. Share only intended client-facing records and review access when an engagement ends.

Sign-in help

Use the sign-in and password recovery options on the account page. Ask your organization administrator to verify invitations and workspace access.
